PRIVACY & SITE USE
THE LITTLE DETAILS / CHOUX PASTRYA little clarity.
A considered experience.
What this static site stores and how its enquiry tools work.
Browsing the collection
You can browse every page without an account. Photographs, fonts and scripts are served with this site. The website code does not include analytics, advertising trackers, external font requests, login or a payment service. Your hosting provider may separately keep ordinary access logs.
Your enquiry selection
When you add a collection direction, its identifier and quantity are saved under choux-selection-v1 in your browser’s local storage. This stays on that browser and device. It is not sent to a server by the site code and does not sync between devices. Clear the selection on its page, or clear this site’s browser storage, to remove it.
Enquiry forms and email drafts
Contact and franchise forms prepare a visible email draft in your browser. Form details are not stored by this site or submitted to a backend. A message is sent only when you open your email application and choose to send it there. Your email provider and the receiving mailbox then handle that message.
Information to leave out
Do not put private client records, sensitive financial information or confidential documents into an initial enquiry. A franchise enquiry can begin with your background, city and proposed setting without attaching detailed private records.
Copy and print actions
Copy message uses the browser clipboard where supported and explains when copying is unavailable. No enquiry is uploaded as part of that action. Any printing uses your device and browser facilities.
Photography and sources
Photographs are independent collection inspiration and have individual source pages, photographer credits and licences on the Photography & credits page. Images are resized and cropped to fit layouts. They do not imply a partnership or prove the ingredients or presentation of a Choux Pastry retail product.
